On our website, we provide you with estimated ship dates for each product. This estimate appears above the "Add To Cart" button when your size is selected. If you add this to your desired shipping speed below, you will have an estimate of when your order will arrive. For example, an estimated ship date of 2 days, plus free 5-10 business days shipping would mean your package will arrive in the next 7-12 business days. Although we all wish your package could arrive tomorrow, we have to account for the packing and transportation process. We appreciate your understanding in this and we will do everything in our power to be sure your package makes it to you as soon as possible!

Things to keep in mind:
- Our daily shipping cutoff is 3:00 PM Central, so anything ordered after 3:00 PM will not be shipped until the next business day.
- After we ship your package and hand it over to UPS or USPS, its path is unfortunately out of our control. We wish we had more insight into any delays or issues, but sometimes there’s nothing more we can do! However we hate to keep our customers waiting, so we will do everything we can on our end if there are delays.
- At times, there can be delays on your package from UPS or the Postal Service due to weather or other extenuating circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these types of situations! If your arrival estimate seems later than expected, remember that estimates are based only on business days, and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays.
- We know how frustrating it is when a shipping carrier shows an estimated ship date and then fails to meet it. If that happens, double-check the shipping speed you chose at checkout and if it’s outside of that window, we’ll be happy to refund your charges.
