Do You Ship Internationally?


At BraceAbility, it is our job to provide you with the support you desire, wherever that may be. That's right, we offer WORLDWIDE shipping! It is important you note the following when considering ordering internationally:

  • Estimated shipping times may be delayed up to 3-5 business days depending on your location. 
  • We send international packages DDP (Deliver Duty Paid). This means your package will arrive at your front doorstep, with all extra international shipping costs covered by us! Please take note, at checkout, you will notice the cost of shipping, as well as the cost of duties and taxes. We will collect that full amount and remit the additional charges on your behalf.
  • International customers ARE responsible for shipping fees on returns or exchanges (Please enter your order number and shipping postal code at braceability.com/returns to request a return or exchange authorization and print the return form to include in your package. Then, arrange shipping through the carrier of your choice to our address.)
