Absolutely!
If your product does not quite fit how you had hoped, we will work with you to make the exchange for your better-suited size. The product you wish to exchange must meet all return requirements in order for us to make the swap. Those return requirements are as followed:
Just like when you return a product at the mall, the product must be unused, unworn (except for trying it on), and must include all original packaging and parts. You would not buy a shirt, wear the shirt for a week, and then decide to return it. This is the same idea! Please return products in the same condition they were purchased.
Returns and exchanges must be received within 45 days of your original order date. If it’s not working for you, we might as well have it back in our hands rather than the product creating clutter in your possession.
If we receive an item that is ineligible for a refund or exchange, per our policy, the items are disposed of and cannot be sent back to you. We feel it is important to be upfront with our policy so that our customers know what to expect.
